Doctors Without Borders Employees Arrested in Central African Republic

Doctors Without Borders announced the arrest of two employees in the Central African Republic, following the Ministry of Defense's announcement of a French NGO employee's arrest. France's Foreign Minister is scheduled to visit Bangui.
