Stoil Tsitselkov to Remain on Election Commission Advisory Board
Stoil Tsitselkov, who resigned as Vice President for Fair Elections, has stated he will not resign from the Public Council of the Central Election Commission (CEC), defiantly saying he will 'surf on the tears of the disappointed.'
