Estonia's State Budget Had €1.75 Billion Unspent Last Year

Estonia's state budget for the previous year, totaling €19.5 billion, saw nine percent, or €1.75 billion, remain unspent, which is several hundred million euros less than the €2.1 billion recorded the year before.
