Zelenskyy says Ukrainian military should contact "one person" in EU blocking €90bn loan for Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he hopes that "one person" in the EU would stop blocking a €90 billion EU loan for Ukraine, hinting he meant Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán. He warned that if the blocking continues he would give that person's address to the Ukrainian Armed Forces to discuss the issue.
