An investigation is underway into who connected Forestalia with Eugenio Domínguez, a former deputy director general of Environmental Assessment, who is suspected of facilitating the company's wind projects. Domínguez reportedly met with Antxon Alonso, owner of Servinabar and alleged partner of Cerdán.
