Budanov: World security is only possible after collapse of Russia as empire

Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Office of the President, believes that a change of regime in the Kremlin will not change the aggressive nature of the Russian Federation – the strategic goal should be to divide the aggressor country into several states, since only the eradication of Moscow's imperial ambitions will guarantee world security.
