Foreign Intelligence Services Use Proxies to Destabilize France
A report reveals that Algerian, Russian, and Iranian intelligence services have been using criminals and paid collaborators as 'proxies' to carry out acts of state terrorism and interference in France since late 2023. Four Moldovan-born men are set to be tried in connection with these activities.
