Pizza Franchisor Ordered to Refund Man After Highway Project Acquires Site

A pizza franchisor has been directed to pay a Rs 3 lakh refund to a man after the proposed site for his outlet was acquired by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a highway project.
