EU Commission Approves Removal of Combustion Car Tax from Poland's Recovery Plan

The European Commission has accepted the removal of controversial provisions regarding new fees for internal combustion car owners from Poland's National Recovery Plan. Instead of additional taxes, Poland is expected to implement new investments.

Komisja Europejska zaakceptowała usunięcie z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy kontrowersyjnych zapisów dotyczących nowych opłat dla właścicieli samochodów spalinowych. Zamiast dodatkowych podatków dla kierowców Polska ma zrealizować nowe inwestycje, w tym wielomiliardowy program wsparcia dla ciepłownictwa.
