WHO Reports Over 1,300 Deaths from Europe Heatwave

The World Health Organization (WHO) announced that more than 1,300 people have died as a result of the heatwave that has swept across Europe since June 21, with the Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus confirming the toll.
