Skoda and MIND Park Sign Memorandum for Tram and Train Production in Serbia

Nearly five years after the initial announcement, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Czech company Skoda and MIND Park in Kragujevac, Serbia, for the production of trams and trains.
