European Court of Human Rights Rejects Appeal on Forced Expropriation of Saras Estate in Vantaa
The European Court of Human Rights has dismissed an appeal regarding the forced expropriation of the Saras estate in Vantaa, Finland. The farmers' organization MTK argued that the city of Vantaa sought profit from the expropriation, but the ECHR found the compensation paid was not unreasonable.
