Son of O’Callaghan hotels founder denies filming of father’s lawyers was ‘covert’

A son of veteran hotelier Noel O’Callaghan, founder of the O’Callaghan Collection, has hit back at claims his father’s lawyers were covertly filmed while inspecting documents at a company premises.
