Vodafone and Telekom Mobile Merger Set for June 30, 2026

Vodafone announced that its merger with Telekom Romania Mobile Communications, acquired in October 2025, is scheduled for June 30, 2026, after which Telekom Mobile will cease to exist as a separate entity.
