Montenegrin Municipality of Pljevlja Receives Special Status and Millions for Projects
The Law on the Special Status of the Municipality of Pljevlja, adopted in 2025 and effective from January 1, 2026, grants the municipality millions of euros specifically for concrete projects, not for current consumption.
