From watching a movie during lesson to sexualised comments - 160 complaints about driving instructors revealed

A driving instructor watched a movie on his phone during a lesson, while another teacher tailgated a car, flashed the vehicle’s lights, and gestured at another motorist, according to complaints to the Road Safety Authority (RSA).
