Roads closed across Croatia due to strong winds, snow, and floods

Numerous roads throughout Croatia have been closed to traffic due to severe weather conditions, including strong winds along the coast, heavy snow in Gorski Kotar and Lika, and localized flooding and fallen trees in other regions.
