Moldovan Credit Companies Ordered to Return 195 Million Lei to Clients
Three non-banking credit companies in Moldova have been ordered to return 195 million lei to clients after being found to have illegally charged commissions and interest. The National Commission for Financial Market (NCFM) reviewed over 3,000 credit contracts following more than 900 complaints.
