Japan's Fair Trade Commission Issues Record Recommendations Against Unfair Demands on SMEs

Japan's Fair Trade Commission issued 39 recommendations last fiscal year, the highest number since the Heisei era, against unfair demands made by larger companies on small and medium-sized enterprises, such as requiring free long-term storage of car part molds.
