Former Sakae Holdings Director Found Guilty of Misappropriation

Ong Siew Kwee, a former director of Sakae Holdings, has been found guilty of misappropriating S$15.8 million and lying in the High Court. Sentencing for Ong and two associates, Ho Yew Kong and Chua Wei Tat, in the case involving Bugis Cube, has been adjourned.
