Some authors refuse to revise books to comply with Russia’s drug ‘propaganda’ law, publisher says

Some rights holders are refusing to make changes to their books to bring them into compliance with Russia’s law banning the “propaganda” of drugs, Yevgeny Kapyev, head of the Eksmo publishing house, said at a press conference, the Russian business outlet RBC reported.
