Ghana Institution of Engineers Addresses Accra's Recurring Flooding Crisis

The Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) stated that Accra's persistent flooding crisis is self-inflicted due to compromised water retention systems. The GhIE is preparing recommendations and will monitor government infrastructure promises to address the issue.
