Kristjan Kamenik and Co-Defendants Released from Custody in Slovenia

The Slovenian Supreme Court did not rule on the prosecution's request to extend the detention of Kristjan Kamenik and three co-defendants in a drug trafficking case, instead suspending the proceedings pending a constitutional review of the law allowing detention extensions.

Kamenika in soobtožene izpustili iz pripora

Vrhovno sodišče ni odločalo o predlogu tožilstva za podaljšanje pripora Kristjanu Kameniku in trem soobtoženim članom mamilarske kriminalne združbe. Postopek je prekinilo do presoje ustavnosti določb Šutarjevega zakona, ki omogočajo podaljšanje pripora po dveh letih od vložitve obtožnice, zato so jih v četrtek izpustili iz pripora.
