Both the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton and the University of Zenica are interpreting a recent decision by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the Law on Higher Education in their own favor.

Nakon odluke Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine u predmetu o ocjeni ustavnosti pojedinih odredbi Zakona o visokom obrazovanju Zeničko-dobojskog kantona, i Vlada ZDK i Univerzitet u Zenici presudu su predstavili kao potvrdu svojih stavova, pa obje strane tvrde da su u ovom postupku ostvarile pravnu pobjedu.
