LHDN Mandates e-Derma for New Tax Exemption Applications in Malaysia

Malaysia's Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) has announced that all new applications for tax exemption under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act will be mandatory through e-Derma starting June 15.
