Cool ‘amihan’ resurges in extreme northern part of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, has returned and is expected to bring light rains to two areas in extreme northern portion of Luzon on Tuesday, the state weather bureau reported.
