Serbian Citizens Ordered to Return Loan Processing Fees to Banks with Interest

After a 2018 Supreme Court decision ruled banks could not charge loan processing fees, over 200,000 citizens sued and won. However, a subsequent Supreme Cassation Court ruling overturned these decisions, now requiring citizens to return the money with interest.
