Indian Supreme Court Rejects TMC's Challenge to EC's Judge Training in West Bengal SIR Process
India's Supreme Court has dismissed a challenge by the Trinamool Congress (TMC) against the Election Commission's training of judges involved in the Special Integrated Revision (SIR) process in West Bengal. Over 250 judges are currently deciding nearly five million claims and objections in the SIR process.
