Ryutsu Keizai University Rugby Club Member Arrested on Suspicion of Sexual Assault

A student from the Ryutsu Keizai University rugby club was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman he did not know on a sidewalk in Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture, last August. Just three days prior, it was revealed that a member of the university's soccer club was under police investigation for suspected illegal drug use.
