Lithuanian MPs Challenge State Audit Office Mandates in Constitutional Court
Thirty members of the Seimas, represented by conservatives Giedrė Balčytytė and Mindaugas Lingė, have appealed to the Constitutional Court to investigate whether the ruling majority's decisions to assign unscheduled audits to the State Audit Office comply with the Constitution.
