Montenegro Leads Europe in Traffic Accidents and Incidents

Traffic expert Goran Čarapić states that Montenegro holds a record in Europe, and possibly wider, for the number of traffic accidents and incidents, noting that appeals to drivers to reduce speed and avoid alcohol or drugs have been ineffective.
