Poland Receives First F-35A Lightning II Fighter Jets

The Polish Air Force has taken delivery of its first three F-35A Lightning II fighter jets, which landed at Łask airbase after a ferry flight from the Lockheed Martin production facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Polské letectvo převzalo na domácí půdě první tři stíhačky F-35A Lightning II. Letouny přistály 22. května 2026 na letecké základně Łask po přepravním letu z výrobního závodu společnosti Lockheed Martin ve Fort Worthu v Texasu. Během cesty absolvovaly mezipřistání na základně Lajes na Azorských ostrovech.
