EU to Promote Investment in Next-Generation Nuclear Reactors
The European Union announced a new guarantee framework of over 36 billion yen (approximately 225 million euros) to encourage private investment in the development and construction of small modular reactors (SMRs), aiming for their operation by the early 2030s.
