Shareholders Approve Board Proposals at Company General Meetings

Shareholders at the General Meetings of CF Industries and EVERGENT Investments have approved various proposals put forth by their respective Boards of Directors. These approvals included a golden parachute proposal for CF Industries and all proposals for EVERGENT Investments, which also reported a record net result.
