NALED: Over 50,000 State Properties in Serbia Lack Legal Status

NALED reports that more than 50,000 state-owned properties in Serbia still have unresolved legal status, and their proper registration could generate significant budget revenues through sales, leases, and property taxes.

Više od 50.000 nepokretnosti u Srbiji koje su u vlasništvu države i dalje imaju nerešen pravni status, a njihovo evidentiranje u skladu sa Zakonom o javnoj imovini omogućilo bi značajne budžetske prihode kroz prodaju, zakup i naplatu poreza na imovinu, kao i pokretanje novih investicionih projekata širom zemlje, pokazala je nova analiza NALED-a o upisu javne svojine u katastar nepokretnosti, objavljeno je danas.
