149,000 4Ps beneficiaries get electricity discounts in Western Visayas
GUIMBAL, Iloilo–Some 149,896 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) across Western Visayas are set to avail of discounts in their electricity bills via the lifeline rate program of the Department of Energy (DOE).
