Albanian anti-corruption chief questioned on reliance on mobile phone evidence

Klodian Braho, head of Albania's Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution (SPAK), was questioned by a member of the High Prosecutorial Council regarding mobile phones making up 75% of total evidence in their cases.
