Former Austrian ÖVP Club Leader's Complaint Over Diversion Rejection Dismissed by Supreme Court
The former ÖVP club leader, August Wöginger, had complained that the WKStA (Public Prosecutor's Office for Economic Affairs and Corruption) initially agreed to his diversion but later opposed it. The Supreme Court has now ruled that there was no legal violation in the WKStA's actions, dismissing Wöginger's complaint.
