Bulgarian Banks to Continue Free Lev-to-Euro Exchange Post-July 1
Some banks in Bulgaria will continue to offer free exchange of Bulgarian levs for euros even after July 1st. From this date, banks are legally permitted to charge a fee for the service, as their obligation for free exchange under the Euro adoption law expires.
