Poland Expands Reprographic Levy to Include Smart Devices

Poland's Minister of Culture, Marta Cienkowska, signed a regulation to amend the catalog of "clean media," extending the reprographic levy to include smartphones, tablets, computers, and laptops.

Smartfony, tablety, komputery i laptopy. Minister kultury Marta Cienkowska podpisała rozporządzenie, nowelizujące katalog tzw. czystych nośników, przy których sprzedaży pobierana jest opłata reprograficzna. W większości wypadków wyniesie ona zaledwie 1 proc. ceny nośnika.
