DMW shuts down Cagayan training center for alleged illegal recruitment

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – Following complaints of alleged illegal recruitment, a team from the Department of Migrant Workers-Anti-Illegal Recruitment and Trafficking in Persons Program (DMW-ARTPP) shut down a farm and training center in Barangay Iringan, Allacapan, Cagayan on Friday.
