President Marcos Highlights Farm Insurance Payouts and DPWH Reforms in Sona Address

During his State of the Nation Address, President Marcos reported that farm insurance payouts have reached P19 billion over four years. He also stated that reforms within the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) have begun, with P800 million in anomalous assets returned to government coffers.
