Russia's Aggressive Push to Boost Birth Rate Includes Medical Referrals for Women

Russia's Ministry of Health is reportedly advising that women not planning pregnancy be referred to doctors for therapy, as part of an increasingly aggressive national effort to encourage them to have children and boost birth rates.
