Singapore Proposes Lowering En Bloc Thresholds for Older Condominiums

Singapore's Ministry of Law has proposed a new law to lower the consent thresholds for collective sales (en bloc) of older condominiums, citing the significant aging of many developments since the current thresholds were introduced in 1999.
