Ukraine indicts Russian general in absentia over missile strike on Okhmatdyt children’s hospital

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine have announced in absentia suspicion of Russian Air Force Major General Sergey Kuvaldin, commander of Russia’s long-range aviation, who ordered the missile strike on the National Specialized Children’s Hospital Okhmatdyt in Kyiv in summer 2024.
