Transport strike felt in Pangasinan as some drivers stay off roads

DAGUPAN CITY—Some drivers joined the nationwide transport strike on Monday despite no official declaration of a transport holiday by the Auto Pro Pangasinan, an association of public transportation operators and drivers.
