Reps Propose N10m Fine for Dual Party Membership in Electoral Act Amendment

The Nigerian House of Representatives is amending the Electoral Act to propose a N10 million fine for individuals holding membership in more than one political party simultaneously, stating that 'a person shall not be registered as a member of more than one political party at the same time'.
