Przekroczenia uprawnień oraz obrazy uczuć religijnych - tego, zdaniem oskarżycieli prywatnych, dopuścił się wojewoda Krzysztof Komorski, który kazał zabrać z reprezentacyjnej sali urzędu krzyż i powiesić go w innej sali. Sąd Rejonowy Lublin-Zachód w zeszłym roku uniewinnił wojewodę. Oskarżyciele domagają się jednak uchylenia wyroku. Ostateczne rozstrzygnięcie już 5 marca.
