Lukoil Threatens Bulgaria Over Russian Oil Import Ban

Lukoil is threatening Bulgaria with legal action over the country's ban on importing Russian oil and fuels derived from Russian raw materials to its only refinery. The refinery is currently managed by the Bulgarian government after Lukoil was sanctioned by the USA.
