Turkey proposes extending Kirkuk-Ceyhan oil pipeline to Basra
Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced Turkey's proposal to extend the Kirkuk (Iraq) - Ceyhan (Turkey) oil pipeline to the Iraqi port of Basra, aiming to create an alternative route.
